Subject: Master Swim Programs

Does anyone know how to start a Masters Swim Program?  The closest on to me is at least a 45 minute drive.  The local Y does not have one yet.  I'm trying to "seed" the idea at the Y but they have not been very responsive.  Advice???

Does anyone train/race with the MSP?  How many hours a week do you train?  When is the race season?

If you don't want to do meets and stuff, I'd think that you'd just need to find a coach, book a pool and a deal for use of the pool and then get the word out in your area.  There is a link on the website to advertise for a coach.

 Are you sure there isn't one near you?  If you are in the metro Atlanta area (or close), I'll bet there is one near you.
