Subject: Crap! I need advise.
I dropped a hot water heater on my left foot today. I might have broken my big toe and the one next to it. I will definetly loose both nails and the swelling is really bad. I'm training for IMFL. Has anyone here ever trained with any of these issues? How long did you wait until you attempted to run, swim, or bike?

My advice - go get x-rays at your family dr or a walk-in clinic quick.  You don't wanna worsen any current damage by not getting this treated.
