Training camps that are that long (7 -10 days)


are they out there, and if so anybody got any links to some?

Coach Troy of Spinervals has week long camps in Tucson in the spring. I attended in '07 and it was fabulous. Check out http://www.spinervals.com for info.

the one thing that really sucks is I deploy to the persian gulf in 3 weeks and won't be back til mid to late april and so I am kind of hoping to find one after that
