Info for any Planning on doing Tupper Lake...

Hi all,
Got some info about Tupper Lake this year and the aid stations..

Question:
"I will be racing at Tupper Lake this year and have a question about the aid stations for the bike and the run. What type of beverages will be given out at the stations, .e.g. Gatorade, accelerade, only water, etc? Also will gels or other “solid food” be given out and will the same choices be available for both the bike and the run? "

Response:
"There will be water and PowerAde at each of the aide stations on bike and run. We are hoping to get gel or GU of some sort to be given away at registration or in race packets. It is not something that we put out on the course or at aide stations, but sometimes sponsorship is given with donations. There will be banana’s and oranges available at the all aide stations as well. I hope this helps. See you in June."
