What would you do differently?:

Be aware of race day weather conditions.

Train in race clothing. (i.e. raw nipples from cotton jersey)

Use same products I trained with on race day.

Be aware of the finish line beforehand.
Post race
Warm down:

No Warm down outside of walking.
Should have went to pool.
I did bring post race food and drink.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Taking in incorrect race fluids and gel packs.
Not being aware of the weather condition (i.e. humidity)

Event comments:

This is a fast course. The course is very scenic. This is an ideal course for time trialing. It is also a good course for new distance runners.
