For sure.
Always hit the nearest Chipotle to get a big ol' burrito bowl with chips and salsa. Oh, and a *real* Coke. Fabulous!

After each "A" race, I treat myself to a cold ...

...plain brown paper bag optional.  Thousands of street aristocrats cannot be wrong!

This is the liquid that got me college and drinking it brings me back to those halcyon days.  Plus, like Billy D says "... nothing works a thirst like malt liquor."

You be hangin' wit' da' homeys and suckin' the 40!  Yo!

A cold beer and a nap. Couple years ago I pigged out after my first tri as a reward. You know, eat and drink the junk that I hadn't been eating and drinking while training. Guess what? Body wasn't used to the junk and revolted!

It depend how big the tri as to how much, but it is hard to hold back n the food when you know you just put it out there.

While i did have a coke after my tri on Saturday, i was surprised by the food they were serving. hot dogs? they did have fruit (i had a few bananas), but hot dogs?

that said, i ate a chik-fil-a chicken club with bacon and extra cheeze, and another coke on the way home....

You must have missed the sausage dogs... tasty & spicy

1.  Nap

2.  Depending on when things wrap up, either a big honking pancake breakfast somewhere, or a bacon cheeseburger and a beer.

3.  Next day off.

After an A race: week off and eat whatever I want.

Training race: eh, just another workout.

Indeed, Colt 45 does work everytime...but you aren't really "keepin' it real" unless it is in a brown paper bag-it's not an option, it's a lifestyle.
