Subject: tri this weekend...ready for pr

Hey All,

Had a great last training brick before Saturday's spint tri...13.1 bike @38:30  Tran @ 1:30  and 4 mile run @29:20!!!

 Pretty good for me and hoping for a top 10 finish - maybe even a medal in my age group - hey, it's a small local tri :-)

Anyone else got a tri going on this weekend??

Great job on your practice tri. I'm sure you will get that PR!

I can actually say for the first time since May that I have a tri this weekend. It is my first oly! I am so excited!
