I don't mind training or racing in the rain & wind but I think I have a recovery week at the right time!!!

It'll be interesting which path it actually ends up with...

I'm supposed to do a 4000+ yard swim tomorrow morning.  I see that being postponed until later in the week.

I can do the trainer ride indoors.

Fay affected all my scheduled work-out today....We have had rain all day with some strong bands of heavy rains and gusty winds....

My bike ride will be in the trainer...no swim today...And my run in the OrbiTrek machine for tomorrow...and maybe a swim tomorrow in the afternoon...

Fay just did landfall in the Keys about 3 pm with sustain winds at 60 mph....and....It's now when we are felling the effects....Severe weather...Strong and heavy rain and gusty winds coming from SE at 25 to 30 mph...

We're kind of sweating it out right now.  If it keeps on the NE track and skirts to the east of Sarasota, then it might not be too bad here.  If the center passes over us, then all bets are off.  Everything is pretty much shut down here on Tuesday.

Depending on where it goes, I may try to get in a run sometime later tomorrow once it gets past us.

Heading home now to get all the pool furniture and plants inside.

In Clearwater not much is happening (yet).  My money says that there will be nothing more than a little wind and rain this far north, but I'm hoping that the surf will at least be good enough tomorrow for a little body surfing.

Ha.  That's where I am now. ^^^^^^^

I drove down here specifically for the storm, for work (it's insurance).  I'm glad I just got a beach run in.  Depending on the storm, I may be working 18 hour days the next few days.  And I miss my bike already!

I was just out there, too.  I'm trying to remember the faces of who I saw running.  You may have gone by me.

I probably just got my last outdoor run before the rains hit later tonight.  I'm on the Space Coast (Melbourne) so we shouldn't get bad winds, just A LOT of rain...  I'm hoping the gym stays open tomorrow so I can hit the pool because I know biking and running are out of the question.

I wonder how an OWS would be like in the Gulf right now...?

Easy right now, but if Fay keeps going to the NW it'll get rough for sure.

I wonder if/when it will hit further north.  I've got a race Saturday and I think that might be around when it should get here.

Today's workout was trimming all the tress that would end up on my roof/pool cage.
