Everyone visits this site for different reasons. However, if you visit this site for help with a specific discipline, which discipline do you most often seek help with?

I've learned the most about swimming. I've been running and biking since I was a kid. Swimming has been sporadic at best. The details and discussions here have been extremely valuable.

Running is the first. I biked a lot as a kid and swam competitively for awhile.  I've only been running a few years, so I need the most help there.

I got a lot of help with transitions when I first started, too.

Biking. I already have a little experience with swimming and running, but as for biking, the only experience I have is pedaling my mountain bike up and down the street. I don't really know that much about competitive cycling!

I learned a lot of valuable information from this site too

i woulda have said running two weeks ago, but after my first OWS in forever, i started to do a lot of research on swimming, saltwater tastes like a$$. I have six weeks til my first tri and i am 3 weeks ahead of schedule on training, swimming is my weakpoint right now, but i am getting better daily.
