Subject: Business Trip - pool recommendations in Carson needed

I will be making a business trip this week, and staying in a hotel in Carson  - the Double Tree - off of 405.  Can anyone recommend a fitness center/gym close by where I could do some lap swimming - perhaps a 24 hour place - I may need to go late at night or very early in the morning.

I appreciate your help!

open lap swim won't meet your weird hours, although you may be able to talk your way (or join temporarily) the 5 am masters program http://www.lapsmasters.org/index.html

for open water swimming check out the LA tri club calendar (wed a.m. swim in santa monica, sun a.m. swim in manhattan beach)
