Subject: Zoot Tri Bag

I got my husband the zoot tri bag last year for Christmas last year.  I have noticed that the snaps on the bag are rusting.  Is this normal?

The liner of the bag has also started to rip!  He has only used the bag for 3 races.  I also don't think that he is unusually hard on it.

Anyone else had issues like this with this bag?

You ought to contact the manufacturer ... Zoot is one of the first triathlon specific gear providers, so I am banking that stand behind their products? (Plus it is >1 yr old.)

I have been pleasantly surprised by customer service of bike/triathlon gear as of late.  Hope it goes the same for you and J22.

Friendly public service from your local Team Zoot/Gu representative

I have no experience with this bag, but I did notice that it's so large, he could have packed you and your kids in it for Steelhead.
