2 eggs over easy, oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast. A spinach salad and turkey sandwich with a V8 at lunch, then grilled mahi-mahi with brown rice and broccoli for dinner.

35 minutes in the trainer to warm-up legs and then an easy 3 miles run since my accident with my ankle...

Will swim like usual this afternoon if the weather allows me.

Had a back workout this morning, followed by a ~20 minute bike ride just to finish up and cool down.

Tonight have 3 miles to run, thinking about adding some bike work in afterwards.

4.8 mile run after work, 2min walk 5 minute run sets .  No pain knee is getting stronger.

 BTW, not to be disrespectfull, but how do you all find time to do these workouts and go to work?

18miles (50 min) on the bike at lunch. 5 on the bike with my daughter split by a tennis lesson with her. She doesn't get the "quiet arm" concept and flings everything.
