Ok so the pros during transition 2 to the run,    run with their bikes holding the seat and the handlebars stay straight.  My bike wont do that.  It turns and I have to hold the handlebars and my run is much slower then if I was able to hold the seat.  Any idea why they are able to hold the seat?  Do they tighten their cables?  HELP

it just takes practice, no secrets or special setups...

They've practiced it.  If you practice it, you will be able to do it too.  It has nothing to do with cables.  It isn't all that hard -- just start by walking, and go from there.

On my [road] bike it was very easy to do, however when I installed my aero bars a couple weeks ago I learned that it completely changed the dynamic of it and I'm being forced to sort of re-learn how to do it. It really does just take practice though.

keeping your handlebars straight is also easier the faster you run. when you try to keep them straight while walking, you're going to lose your mind because they wont want to stay straight. you'll notice that when you pick up the pace and begin to run, your handlebars will be much easier to control
