Looking forward to meeting your Matt.  We're gonna do an easy SBR...about 15 minutes each.  Nothing hard or fast or strenuous....just get the blood flowing.  Plus, it provides a good opportunity to get together and meet everyone.

 Don't forget the pre-race dinner meet up.  We're gonna meet up before the dinner downstairs at the KICC (the dinner is upstairs).  If you can't find us before the dinner, just look for a couple of tables with a bunch of yellow tee-shirts that have BT on the front.
