I plan on running before the swim and bike portion of the evening if any one cares to join me. Will run 3:15 ish. Is any one swimming,biking?

Which area do you swim from, I might try and make it out for a swim / run. Although I would be out a bit later, probably around 6:30 - 7 ish. Having never trained OW do you just start and go out for a time, then come back?

I was all set to join in again -- and maybe stick around and see naked guy sunbathing this week, heh heh, but unfortunately have to solve boss' computer woes after work. (gladly, as I have the greatest job evah, but wouldn't make it out in time )

Sorry Dave, Samantha and I are running the Peach Festival 5K tonight in Romeo. I hope to be there in the next week or two as I need more OWS practice!!!! My Tri season is done for this year, but I need to keep my shape for next year
