Subject: IMKY Water Temp

As I sit here in the airport wondering about what the heck I have forgotten it occured to me that I didn't even bring a wetsuit as one of the last temps I saw was 86 degrees or something. We've been in the 40's overnight up here in NY and I know the water temps have dropped.

Is there any way that the water will cool down to 78 degrees over the next 3 nights? Does anyone have the actual surface water temp? Not that I can do anything at this point but I will be bummed if I could have worn a wetsuit out there.

Just another taper thought!

Of the temperature graphs posted here:

http://www.lrd-wc.usace.army.mil/navtemp.html

(Scroll down to 'Louisville Morning Navigation Temperatures|Ohio River ')

Cannelton and Markland are on either side of Lousiville. There's no temperature information at the moment for McAlpine, which is closest. Green line in the graphs (where present) is the water temperature.
