Subject: Ironman training plans

I always like to prepare races following plans, either from books or found over internet. I can't make anything without a plan.

For this season I followed an online plan but now I am searching some books where I can find a full IM plan (detailed) which I can follow for the next season. I am considering for sure the BT training plans too but I like to cross ideas and plans.

I have Friel' books and some others but they are not embedding any plan at all, just theory for building a personal custom plan.

Any suggestion?

Several of us here have used or are using Don Fink's Be Iron Fit. It has three different 30-week plans (depending on your goals), but also explains them carefully so that you can modify them according to your needs.

Good luck! I'm using it to train for my first Ironman.
