So, I've got a set of new race wheels coming in, I'm thinking I should probably get a new cassette to go with these so I don't have to take the time to swap cassette's back and forth before and after any time I use the new wheels.  My question about this is, should I get a new chain to go along with the new cassette, or just use the one that's on the bike now.  Not too many miles on the bike, maybe 650-700.

Thanks.

That may depend in part on what cassette you get. I went from a 12-23 to a 12-27 and needed a new chain. Same sized cassette you should be fine.

I'd get the same ratios, just wondering if new cassette and chain are items I should get to go along with the new wheels.

It only takes 30 seconds to swap a cassette but I suppose it would save getting grease on your hands.  I certainly wouldn't bother with a new chain though unless your current one is worn, which after 700 miles is unlikely.
