Subject: What's going on with my hammy? I've noticed that over the past few weeks when riding my left hamstring tendon has been getting a little sore, nothing major but sore nonetheless. I recently added some aerobars to my bike and did a long climb yesterday (longer than normal ). Today, I've got more lingering pain in both hamstring tendons. Do you think this is a bike fit issue or is it related to the addition of aerobars (or the longer than normal climb )? Any help would be appreciated. |
