okay, bad bad is a double negative, right? right? bought over $500 worth of goodies, almost all of which were at roughly 75% off (already marked down, and then another 50% off). so, about $150 bucks. dh found some cool born shoes that were $120 marked down to $30. some $100 chacos (also for dh) for $30. rain boots for the girls for $6 a pair. cool marmot rain coat for e that i had been watching. it was marked down already the last time we were there, but it was still too much. today, one size small pink jacket left - 50% off! happy mama. got some clogs for myself, a stylie water girl t-shirt, and a cute knit hat. if there is an rei near you...i order you all to GO FORTH AND SPEND SPEND SPEND! ahha haaa haa haaaa.

Thats MEAN!!! I am a college student so I went and drooled but still didnt buy anything, sad when a ten dollar shirt is too expensive!!!

we shouldn't have spent anything, really. we're on one income, have a mortgage, etc. not as bad as being in college, but close! we had ordered two pairs of shoes that we needed to go try on/pick up...and walked in seeing 50% off signs everywhere. bad bad news. luckily, we had to return the pair of ordered (one sale online) shoes that my husband had ordered...and then he found two pairs for less than what we'd spent on the returned pair. when they want to clear the decks, they go all out!

Too late.  I spent around $200 on good stuff yesterday at REI.  The best part is that it will still be a part of my divident next year!  Woo-hoo!
