Subject: Recovery Nutrition for shorter workouts?? So I just started using Endurox about a week ago for post workout recovery. It says that it is to be used for workouts longer than an hour so I use 2 scoops as suggested right after my long runs/rides or bricks. But my question is what about my shorter workouts? Lke my swims that are about 30-45 minutes, or my track workouts that are 45 minutes, or my 5-6 mile runs. Is there any post workout reovery needed or should I just go with 1 scoop of Endurox?
