So, I got some new Tri shorts in the mail today.  I got the 2007 Orca model, black with silver accents.  Nothing says sexy like skin tight tri shorts.

I had to go try them out, so I went and ran 2.5m in them (no chaffing, yay!), and then I went and swam for about 25 minutes in them.  Man, they sure do dry off quickly.  I really like them.

Great job everyone!  I was not so good...today was supposed to be a strength training day, but the DH wanted to go shopping for new running shoes and I had a presentation to finish Frown.  Oh well at least I get to take the new shoes out for a run tomorrow Smile because of course I couldn't pass at a new pair (truthfully I did need new ones as my others were about a year old.

think i might be back soon teamies. my belly is looking particularly flabby and i need to tone it up and my main priorirty for losing is to reduce my bust size!

will weigh in on wednesday.

Hi Sapp... it's been a while. Where ya been hiding? How's the work thing going? You still have nice enough weather to ride (commute)?

i commute all year round josh - the pleasure of living in the uk i guess! work has been busy and i've had a few ups and downs with my silly head but things have calmed down somewhat and i am now on a rolling rota of doing 4 days one week and 5 the next which gives me more me time. so priorities now are starting swimming more regularly and also losing a few pounds just to tone up a bit.

how are you coping with school?

It's been rough. We just had a killer storm, hurricane force winds that snapped 40 ft + trees in half, and there wasn't any rain, no clouds, it was pretty wicked.... Left a couple hundred thousands of people without power and other necessities for about 4-5 days. Otherwise, everything is cool. Just start back for another 90 day'er. Hoping to drag saling with me.

How's your sister since she got married?

Good luck, over 200 pushups, and 200 back exercises, + 300+ abs. You are going to be sore!!!

My session went as expected. I know I'm going to be sore...

Only managed 160 back and 230 pushups.   Didn't do the abs since I was just seeing how it goes before I really start on Oct 1.

No, not bad form, just maybe pointless, as most of our scales say what they want anyway.
