Chicago Area - Running Seminar

On Feb. 23rd at 7:45 p.m. Jim Gebhardt (my Pose Technique instructor) is presenting a running seminar at the Richport YMCA.

For non-YMCA members the fee is $10. Thought you might be interested. Pass the info on to anyone you think might be interested.

Richport YMCA is located at the northeast corner of LaGrange Road and Ogden Avenue in LaGrange, IL.
