Subject: Bike Shop for Getting Fitted?

I'm in the south Burbs, swung in Bloomington Penn Cycle just casually browsing looking at a Trek 1.2 and the guy just had me stand over a 62cm and said that's the size I want.  I'm a 6'3"-6'4" with a 33" inseam.

I don't have the budget to buy one right now but I wanted to know what size I would be if I was shopping for a nice road bike or a Cervelo frame.  Is there a good LBS in MN anyone recommends that will give me an accurate idea of my bike size and is cool if I'm not planning on buying a bike too soon?

This is a site I used to get a pretty good estimate of bike fit...(I built my own tri bike, and needed to know frame dimensions before ordering the frame online)...

You can do the fit for either a road bike (3 levels - competitive, Eddy & French) OR a tri bike...

Also gives ranges for stem length...

I would contact Kevin at GearWest.  They are located in Long Lake.  They are pretty much awesome.

read up on this "Retul".  It may cost you a little, but they have some deals going on right now.  When I move back to MN, I am buying a new tri bike from them again.

I got my bike fit done by GearWest when I bought my bike from them.  However, I have been told that Hollywood Cycles does a good job with bike fits, and doesn't charge much:
