I have heard a good deal about these shoes. One thing is that that are supposed to get better for longer distance runs. Does anyone one know if this is true and if so, how do they work.
Just got a pair and i am pleased thus far. They are suppose to make your running more efficient. They train you to become a more forefoot runner where you just move in a forward motion instead of a heel striking which puts on the brakes. This also helps conserve energy and puts less strain on you muscles and joints which in turn can help you go longer. IMO I feel like they were a good investment for what they offer.
