Subject: Sunday 9/14 - "Desperately" seeking company for long bike ride

So, anyone riding on Sunday?  I have asked many and keep getting no.  I have a 4 hour ride on my schedule.  Don't want to do it at the SCT and big hills are out too (I'm doing Tugaloo on Sat).  Somewhere like Silk Sheets.  Definitely open for place.  I may have someone who will do 2 hours with me so even if you are doing a 2 hour ride that would work.

Shucks. I've got a 7 hour ride Sunday, and I am doing 2 3.5 hour out and backs on the Silver Comet. If you change your mind, lemme know....

I am in the same boat but for Saturday....I am scheduled for a 6 Hour ride......How long is the SCT ride.....is it worth doing (SAFE)

Yes, the SCT is safe.  It's runs more than 40 miles end to end.  Last I heard, it connected up with another trail in Alabama and you can add over 100 miles one way if you so desired.

Thanks for the offer!  No SCT for me though cause I'm training for hills.  Just found someone to ride Silk Sheets.  But going in the morning - you interested?
