What do you like to train the least?

Swim, Bike, Run

Without a question it is the run for me.  It just makes me feel most out of shape...

It depends on the day, the time of day, the season, the weather, etc. I like all three, otherwise I wouldn't be involved in this sport.

By far swimming..just don't get it so I improve...5 years and still not improving is depressing. I can swim long just not fast.

Now that I don't panic in open water anymore, I really like open-water swimming.  That said, I don't particularly enjoy swimming laps.

Bike. Sometimes. Sometimes I like it. Sometimes I really don't. But when I dislike it, I dislike it more than days when I don't feel like swimming or running. I generally like the latter two. Usually if I don't want to do them it's because I'm tired.

same here.

Sometimes I think I dislike all three and want to quit.  Sometimes I think I like them all.

The one part of training I hate is getting in the pool in the early AM. I'm fine after 100 yards, but jumping in a pool at 5:30 is by far the worst....

Quite possible. That happened to me. I used to hate running. As I get better, I like it A LOT more.

RUNNING!  No question about it.  I'd rather swim 5 miles than run 1 mile.

I always like biking, no matter what. I always like the first 10 minutes of running, then it's hit-or-miss. I always hate the first 10 minutes of swimming, then enjoy the rest.

Weird. I never thought that out until I just typed it.

 x2

Unfortunately, the only good time for me to swim is in the AM, before work. Pool is full of crazies after work and there are less lap lanes available.

Dislike cycling the most, I guess...mostly it's just so time-consuming. And the workouts that really count--hills--are just torture.

Not surprising, I guess, since I swam and ran competitively in HS and only started cycling at the end of 2006...

long swim. slightly alergic to chlorine so I sneeze for the 24 hours after the workout. (No convenient lakes, ponds, or oceans).

That was me this morning.  Watch alarm at 5:00 with no snooze so I don't wake up my wife.  At that point I hate swimming.  Actually getting out of a warm bed to get my butt kicked at masters is very tough.  Once I'm there I'm so happy I forced myself up and when I'm finished and heading back to eat I'm really energized and I love swimming.

The swim.  Because it is the only thing I cant do from my house.  I can run and bike from home, but I have to go somewhere else to swim, so it takes extra effort just to get there.  Plus on cold days, getting in the water above the waist can take some time.  Also, its the only event that I dont have an ipod for, so it seems and feels like a longer (ie boring) workout.

The run would be next b/c Ive never been a distance runner.

Nutrition. I just hate being all regimented.

And I've let my yoga slip a lot. Not that I don't enjoy it, I just haven't done much.
