Thanks for putting all of this together and giving me the accountability that I need to lose weight! Example from last night: Wife: "I'm on my way home and I don't feel like cooking. Can I stop and get a pizza?" Me (just after my bike ride ): "Ummm...sure. Don't get a large because I don't know how much I'll eat. I have to weigh in tomorrow." If I didn't have to show up here every Friday and share what only myself and my scale know, I would have eaten a whole large pizza last night. But, because I know that my fellow Sweepers are counting on me, I managed my portions and exercised self-control. None of that would have happened if you hadn't taken on the responsibilities for this forum. Thanks!! |
