Ran an hour as well, though just 6mi for me. Interestingly, my Polar says I burned 920 calories for that effort at an avg. HR of 148. Enjoy the weekend (a long one for many )!

My poor bike hasn't seen daylight in a whole week, so my Black Pearl and I are going to hit the road for an hour or two.

Congrats on the PB, Sue!!!

Have fun but be careful.

Went out for an easy 6 mi run this morning, about 5 miles into it, got clipped by a car coming out of an alley. Nothing broke or bent, but 2 good skinned knees and bruised elbow. Would've told the driver off, but I don't think they would have understood.

GI, well done on the 10miles, that sure is a big deal! Keep it up.

Kids still sick, hubby still away. So it was the good old jogging stroller this morning. 35min, with the dog as well. Stopped a few times to feed the sick kids snacks and drinks and to let the dog take a dip in the local pond. Better than nothing. Can`t wait to get back to the pool and the gym next week. I have a big ride planned for Tuesday.

Double spin class, followed by a quick 1 mile run, followed by 2K in the pool.
Had to make up for a lot of blue squares last week

Went to my first day of my TI workshop weekend! I was a little apprehensive going in, but now I'm totally psyched to learn more tomorrow!! And now - after a day in the pool, where I'm not too accustomed to being - I'm dead tired. But a GOOD tired. And can't wait until tomorrow.

Had a 30K bike scheduled but did 42K with hubby. Nice easy pace with 3 tough hills.
