Subject: Pain Free
Finally after close to 8 months dealing with a foot injury after a 1/2 marathon earlier this year which kept me out of doing my first triathlon I'm finally am pain free and got the green light to train again. I'm very anxious to get back on the road. I know starting off slow is the way to go but if there's any other adivce out there for a person that's coming off an injury your advice would be appreciated.

Congratulations. Just take it easy and listen to your body.

Thanks luaren that's one thing i really have to learn to start doing , is listening to my body and knowing when to say when.

Hey I'm in TX right now(which i call the capital of triathlons because there's one about every week) but I was born and raised in South Jersey, Camden City. GO PHILS!!!!
