Hey everyone, just started training for my 1st Triathlon (St. Anthony's) through the Team in Training program. So far, so good! I'll be checking the site frequently, expecting great advice from all of you veterans!!!

Welcome to the site. TNT usually has about 200 people from across the country there. It's great to see all the purple singlets there. There's quite a bit of people on this site going down. check out the following thread.

Welcome and best of luck. I can say this about the website. I have not come across anyone that I would not do a run with. Everyone here is so helpful and friendly. It almost feels like one big family here to support you.
