I have two bumps, under my skin, both painful to push on but not open sores. They are hard, maybe pea sized or smaller, and god awful to sit on. It feels like a tiny stone under my skin, swollen a bit.

I don't know what the are but the bumps line up with contact points on my saddle, not quite sit bones but close, in fact I don't even notice them unless I'm on my bike.

Saddle sores? And what do I do now?

I'm guessing that you are a women. Often us women get infected sweat glands where we have contact with the saddle. We have more sweat glands I was told by my doc. I got them a lot after long rides in my build to IMLP. Time off the bike, make sure you don't have a skin infection and if so put on antibiotic ointment.

Mine would change in size and I would moiniter them. If they get red probably are infected  or get bigger and if they don't clear up you need to see your doctor. Some times they need to be lanced and you need to be on antibiotic to clear up.

Lots of women I know that did IM this year struggled with this issue in final builds to IM.
