Hot to Trot Reverse Duathlon

For you folks up north of I -10, we have a really fun race down here October 18th. It's a reverse duathlon and it doesn't show up in Alabama Tri Calendar because the start and finish line is on the Florida State line, but the rest of the race is in Alabama. The race is a 9 mile bike, 5.6 mile run, and another 9 mile bike.

The race is headquartered at the world famous Flora Bama Lounge in Perdido Key Florida which borders Orange Beach/Gulf Shores AL. Its a friendly local race, some fast folks but plenty of beginners.
