Subject: Cross Country and Track I think I may have just volunteered to be an unpaid assistant cross country and track coach at a school district I am substitute teaching in. I went to talk with a teacher about the possibility of doing that if I get hired on for a job in the district I just interviewed for and before I left I believe I said that I'd try to make it to practice on Monday.
Well, I need to work on my run the most. This is one way to do that I suppose. Could be fun, really.
Any other coaches out there that would be willing to share any advice? I ran in high school, but have never done anything like coaching at all though. I"m excited, but a bit nervous too. |
