Luck, Prayers, and Last Minute Tips...and Thanx.

  Well after battling back from training injuries, falling off the wagon ( more than once) and having life get in the way, every way imaginable, and a few ways that I would have not imagined, I will, barring any more unforeseen injuries, be participating in my first Tri this Saturday. So any prayers, wishes, or last minute tips would be hugely appreciated. 

 I would also like to thank all of my fellow BT'ers who have helped me along so far. Thanks for the motivation, inspiration, tips, and info you have provided!!!!
