Subject: off season Swim, Bike, Run Times???? I just started my off season workouts yesterday, after completing my 2nd HIM of the year. I don't want to loose much of what i built this year but do want to take a nice break until feb-march. SO this is what my plan looks like
M - Back-Triceps
T - Run (+20 min )
W - Legs-Shoulders
R - Swim
F - Chest-Biceps
S - Bike (1-1.5 hrs )
My question is what distances should i do over the winter? I was thinking around 1500-2500. and having a 3 week rotation. week one SPEED Intervals, week 2 Distance Intervals, and week 3 long swim.
My goal for next year is 2-3 HIM... any suggestions for swim distances and work outs? I have week by week guide for triathlon training and would just pick and choose workouts from the book. |
