Subject: IT Band (new lower band stretch) for me anyway I have had problems with my IT band, and found another stretch for the lower portion of the band (thanks to Bike radar for the info), You can feel this right in the knee area of the band and it has helped me alot. Lie on your bed as with other popular itband stretches, (on your good hip at the edge of the bed facing intoward the bed) and as with a quad stretch pull your "bad" legs heel into your butt and let your knee drop off the bed. You can get help to push you knee down toward the floor. |
