I'm actually quite impressed with this thigh muscle thing I have going on. It's, like, hard as a rock. This is a new thing for me.

One little concern is that my left thigh seems to be much more developed than my right thigh. Strange, considering I'm right-handed, you'd think I'd be right-legged too.

Now if I could just stick to the good-eating and chip away at all the fat surrounding my new-found muscle, I'd be very happy!

You can stick to good eating it's just a choice. I made the choice to lay off the pop (soda) this week and have. It's been touch indeed.

YOU CAN DO IT !!!!!!!!!!

Keep up the good work and don't worry about the right leg it will develope soon enough. Most people that are righthanded are left leg dominate. I only know this being a track coach, most righthanded athletes push with the left leg (ie. starts, high jump, long jump...)

Very interesting! OK, I'll try not to worry about it, if you say so. But it's sooooo noticable (ok, maybe just to me and when I actually point it out to people ).

I know that I use my left foot for stopping when I'm biking -- it's the foot I unclip and use to balance at stop lights. And I suppose if I thought about it, I'd say that I like to step up with my right foot, which probably means that my left leg is pushing harder to get me over curbs and bumps and such. Now I'll just be totally obessessed with my legged-ness.
