Just started using the BT site - it's really good.  But I keep getting "505 Server internal error" messages when I try to update my training log.  It's happening from my work and home PCs (different ISPs)

Is this a known bug at the mo - is there anything I can do to avoid it?

Couple more items:

1.  Looks like the weather page hasn't updated in a couple of days.
2.  Still not able to copy/paste from viewable page, have to go into each log and copy/paste (i.e. my ironman countdown in my training log)
3.  Any possible way to make the "my links" larger to accept a longer address?  I tried to add my Ironman Fundraiser link via my control panel, but it keeps cutting off the end of the address when I insert it.  Doesn't accept a address that long.

You guys are doing great.  The new look is growing on me, just had to go through an adjustment phase.  Thanks again for a fabulous site!!!

Sometimes my carriage returns disappear when messages are posted.  It happened in a post on a race report today.  This message the carriage returns seem to be working.

Just a small thing I've noticed.
When I look at a race report the flag next to entry by always appears to me as the Scottish saltire.

Just a little thing.  I can select the weather link for Tokyo, Japan, however, when it is displayed today for example it reads "Today, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday".  The problem is that "Today" is actually "Tuesday"!!  I don't need to know the weather from 2 days ago...

Still having this problem. I don't understand how my weather report is behind the US considering that I'm about 14 hours in front of you. Today (Saturday) is still showing and it's almost Monday here!!

I want to get a job at Accuweather...even I could give a weather report from yesterday and get it right!!  Amazingly, they can't even do that...

I know you've got heaps to do Ron, thanks for all your work...the new site is starting to grow on me...but "slowly"...literally.

Hi,

Just noticed that although I have my training week start day as Monday, the graphs use Sunday - is this me or a bug?

were still tweaking the weather thing...the problem is that we cant run the update script when most people are on line as it slows the site...we have to do it, for now, 3am EST - once a day.  that may explain why your behind..

we are working on getting this to update on a more frequent basis.

I think I see what was happening. I believe the link will work now if you re-enter it

Dunno if this is a new bug or an old bug but I'd still like to see it changed:

I did a race this weekend and filled out a race report. I see that my calendar went green to show a race day but none of the distances from my race carried over.

As this race was just kind of a "tune up," I'd like to have that mileage carry over so I can track my monthly totals, etc.

Can this be done or do I have to input the distances as workouts?

Thanks!

is this your first time with this feature?  usually you would go to 'your races' then to 'very cool race details list'- at the bottom you will see a dropdown to copy a particular race to your log.  you may have missed it...its kinda hidden...(i will have to work on that)

BUT if you did get that far and tried to copy it over and nothing, THEN we may have a bug.

Let me know.

EXACTLY what I was looking for. I was confused by the "Very Cool" part because I am not.

Thanks for the help, Ron. This is why I love this site so much. Keep up the good work!

hey traveski...

hows the weather?

we are updating more frequently (every 6 hours) as the server is running a lot better...did this fix your problem?

u mentioned u have a 14hour difference...we may do some additional programming as all this weather is time-stamped as greenwich meridian time...although the forecasts and current conditions should be accurate as it is realtime data no matter where u are in the world, the 'day' titles for the forecasts may nead to be tweaked depending on your time with respect to GMT.

were going to look into that over the next month...i hope your updates are a little tighter though.
