Does anyone know much about this bike? Or do you have one? There is limited info about this bike on the web. I really like how the frame is the same all the way through the top end bikes. (Because I would like to upgrade the bike as I go) Also everyone doesn't have one, the race I was at this week had 505 racers but only 1 slice. My LBS has is on sale at 2799, so the price is right for me. Any thoughts?

A friend of mine rides a few-year-old Slice and loves it.  I ride the Cannondale tri-bike that preceded the Slice, and I love it.  I have had no mechanical or frame issues.  However, I don't have much to compare it to, and I admit I'm not much of a gearhead.  The new Slices definitely look sweet, though.

If you saw someone at the Monster on a Slice, there is a better than zero chance it was the Pope.

My training partner bought the 2008 Slice with 105 gear on it and he is very pleased with it.

As you say the frame and forks are the same through the range with the gears and wheels being the major changes as the price increases. Over here the price for the 2009 model has gone up by £400 for the same spec so look for a 2008 sale. They have just changed the colours but got wise to the fact they were a bit cheap.

enjoy
