Turkey Trot???

Expert  1091  |  Subject: Turkey Trot???BT'ers...help me decide...I am pondering doing the Turkey Trot in a month...I have NEVER run farther than 5 miles and haven't run much at all lately...Do I have time to go from a 4 mile girl to a 6.2 mile girl by then? I have running a 10K as a goal for next year...that would be cool to do early...BUT...I had a periformus syndrome issue that I finished pt for in September...SOOO...what to do! Trish |
