If anyone lives outside of North America and would like to help a bunch of education majors, I'd be much appreciative.  Yes, it's Flat Stanley, who we all know and love.  Some of my classmates have no one to send Flat Stanley to, so if you'd like to volunteer to spend some time with FS, it would be a huge help.  (I can't send them ALL to my brother in Turkey!)

Anyhow, if you can be of some help, would you PM or email me a mailing address that we could use?  Thanks in advance

Ellen

Will Canada do? We are in North America, but out of the US (last time I checked anyway).  I know Flat Stanley has made the rounds up here, I remember when he was in our Prime Minister's office in Ottawa.

thanx Joanne    This professor wants FS to leave North America, but thanks for the offer.

Joe, Flat Stanley is a character in a children's story book.  While he is sleeping, something falls on him  and makes him as flat as a piece of paper.  Of course this is great because now he can travel the globe for only the cost of postage    If your kids haven't brought him home yet, it's only a matter of time.

At the motorcycle races this weekend, a lady came up to me and explained the Flat Stanley story, since her grandson is participating in this assignment right now. I got my picture taken with Flat Stanley and my race bike. They are taking Flat Stanley all over AZ and taking pictures of him in lots of different places. Then the kids will hang the pictures up all over the classroom.

Sorry that I'm no help, but just wanted to share my story of meeting Flat Stanley.
