Subject: bye-bye fat, hello biceps!
for the last week or so my tanita has been telling me i'm down 5% body fat. consistent enough to believe. so, woo hoo for that. on the first of the month, i also do my measurements on mybodycomp.com. it says 4%, which is close enough (especially since the tanita tends to give higher fat % readings than mybodycomp does).

from where i was last september (one year after my daughter's birth), i'm down 18 lbs, 4 inches off my abdomen, 3 inches off my waist! from just last month, i've lost 10 lbs, 3 inches off my abdomen, 2 inches off my waist, and GAINED AN INCH OF BICEP! woo hoo!

thanks everyone. my husband reminded me today that the biceps are probably from doing all those pushups a few weeks ago...a practice i have since stopped (crunches yes, sit-ups and jumping jacks, no). so, maybe i need to keep doing them. groan.
