Subject: Lost HRM strap
Well I left my Polar HRM strap a YMCA yesterday morning. Nobody turned it in!!! Any idea where I can get one cheap, Nashbar has them for $40, but the whole HRM was only about $100. Maybe someone has one laying around????

Bummer, I did the same thing Friday.  Fortunately it was in the lost and found yesterday.  Sorry I don't have info on cheap replacement.

Same thing too about a month ago.  Don't have one lying around, but...

I took the opportunity to upgrade the hrm strap to the new flexible ones that don't have the full plastic thing across the front...it's strap all the way around, very flexible, stays put on the run.  I'd rather not have lost the damned thing in the first place, but now that I've been *forced* to upgrade, I'm glad I've got the new flexible strap dealio.

Also, consider this a time to upgrade to their coded wearlink with the soft strap. It is AWESOME, but a little more pricy.

I placed a bid on one last night, then I noticed it will be coming from UK. This will still work right? I mean, the heart beats the same in UK as it does in US?

I wanted to bump this up.
Does anyone know if it will still work? It is the "T31 POLAR HEART RATE MONITOR STRAP". Is there a diffeance in the US vs UK?
Thanks.
