Good morning all!  I have a strength training session today, plus I will walk 1 mile.  Hope everyone has a great and injury-free day!

Morning all.  Ran an easy 5 miles this morning through another 2" of snow.  That makes like close to 20" since last Thursday.

Going to the pool at lunch for a 30 min. swim

30 minutes of TI drills this morning.  Took off the fins and started doing the stop-stop-switch drill.

Have a good one!

Hi all,
40 minute run this morning, didn't feel quite right during the run.  Of course, once I ate some breakfast I realized that I was just starving.  Apparently I need to either have a gel or some sports drink before heading out for early am runs.  Will head to the pool after work today.

Adios
Dave

An hour of swimming tonight...a 'force' workout with gloves.  This will be the first time I've tried using the Speedo gloves for a swim.

60 min "hill" workout on the trainer this morning.  Have an easy 30min recovery swim this afternoon.  Enjoy!

Got up early and rode steady and hard on the trainer this morning - 40 minutes.

40 minutes at the pool at lunch - probably about 2500 yards.

Either a run or another trainer ride this evening - depends on whether my legs feel more recovered from yesterday's strength training session. Also depends on whether my sister-in-law has a baby today - may have to head to the hospital to check out the new kid. :-)

Have a great day!

Unwanted rest day (back injury).

Ouch! Hope you're OK soon!

Today, got up and made oatmeal for breakfast. I'm now letting that settle, while sipping my tea. Once it's down for good, I'll head out for a 3+ mile "build" run.

Tonight is swim class and I hope to get in about 1800 yards again. Maybe more.

I stayed up too late last night and I'm still kinda sleepy, so the temptation to head back to bed is very strong. I think I'll go put my running clothes on now just so I won't.

Quick (for me!) 10k run this evening - felt great, but I should've grabbed a gel or something prior to heading out - lost ~30 seconds that last dang mile!

3 miles real easy on the treadmill... my legs still haven't quite given up the ghost of my half last Sunday.

just enough time to fit in a 25min jog with kids in jogging stroller and dog on the lead. Then a windy walk on the beach for 20min.

4 mile run on the 'dread'mill at work tonight. Too many hours worked the last few days--not the best run but I guess it was miles.

Hi All,

This is a good idea! If I write what I want to do today down then maybe I will do it!

Last nights cycle left legs a bit worse for wear, tonight I will run 35 mins, and do a strength workout for the legs. 8pm hit the pool for a quick 350m before heading home to bed!
