Subject: Aerobar Recommendations

I'm shopping for a new aerobar, considering a "shorty". Mainly for Olys and the fact that I use a road bike for Tri's and racing road (time trials). Any suggestions or recommendations?

Syntace XXS or Profile's Jammers.  I use the Syntace and like them.  Shorties are different and take a little getting used to.  The pad is under your forearm not elbow so you are putting some pressure where you normally wouldn't expect it.  They do fit a road bike better though.
