Is it to much for a first timer to do two HIM with a week apart. At the beginning of the season i will be doing a marathon then a couple olympic distance and one or two sprints then the HIM or HIM's

Hello, Welcome to the sport.

Yes I would say so.  No recovery.

That also looks like a tough schedule for a first timer.  Not saying it can be done, but tough.  I would be worried about you completely recovering before each event.  Not really knowing anything about your fitness level.  There is nothing in your logs.  So lots of questions should be answered.  Do you have any base yet?

Yeah im running right now 20- 25 miles per week and i have been swimming 30 min straight 2 times a week. Im not biking right now cause its to damn cold so im trying to get my hands on a bike trainer but when i do ill be putting in about 1-1.5 hours a week biking for now cause the marathon is my first race a tri training dosn't really kick in till like a week before the marathon. I have did a couple sprint a long course tri and a half marathon last season.

^^ What he said.

Doing 2 HIM back to back weekends is tough except for those who have been doing this a long time, have built a good deep base and recover quickly. Your swim/bike is a bit behind what most would be doing off season for HIM training.

Why do two poorly instead do one tapered and allow yourself to recover before you move on to the next part of your season?

Plus doing them early season means you might not have much outdoor riding time in before the HIMs.

Probably you could do it but why? HIMs are expensive to do them just because and not be in the position to do our best.
