Hi there,

I'm sure this topic has been covered, so feel free to point me to any past threads.

I'm just getting back into swimming, and really need to find some info on good technique and training ideas. At this point, I'm more interested in learning an improving my form and endurance over being competetive.

Have any of you used a swim coach? Do you know of any good swim web sites?

Thanks!

Ernie

I'm working my way up from Red Cross, lifesaving swimming to trying to compete.  The best resource that I have found is Total Immersions Freestyle Made Easy video, which is available on their website.  It's a little pricey (~$40), but the visuals and the drill progressions have made a HUGE difference in my swimming.
