I had not gotten mine either so I went back to the web page and put in my email to check the order status.

The order status says "In-Process"

HOWEVER, at the bottom there was a link that said "Download your clip now"

Sure enough, it was there. No notice or email that it was ready but it is there.

Try this link if you havent received it yet.

I just received mine as well.   I emailed to ask about it yesterday and they replied with the link saying it was ready.  Yea.

Lance 140.6 - 2008-12-16 7:52 PM Just got mine too.....what a load of crap!  Expected all the 1 minute race coverage, but I thought that they said they would capture you from like 3 camer angles?  Mine is literally wham bam thank you mam.  A little dispointed in the product, but it is what it is I guess!

X2.

And it isn't even a very GOOD camera angle!

Mine was pretty sorry too. A very bad camera angle as well. If anyone knows how to contact these people, it sure would be nice to have it shot coming down the finish shoot to the finish line. That is the way the one I purchased for IM FL was. It showed me running in and crossing the finish line. My finish spot was about 2 seconds worth of the $15 clip. Really disappointing.

OK, I agree.  It's cr@p.  What is with that camera angle?   Although, I must say watching me cross the finish line I am a little less "stable" than I thought I was Explains the catchers asking me several times if I was all right

Saving grace is my wife and good friend are in it about 35 seconds in, the two women cheering in the run section.

My order hasn't come through yet, but I did watch some of the others.  It's pretty amazing that the shots are so bad; you'd think they would have this perfected by now.  The light seems really bright on a lot of them as well, you can't even recognize the person's face.

My finisher photo is pretty bad as well, I was hoping the video would have a nice clip I can snapshot, but that looks impossible judging by the ones I've seen.

X2 - not that it really matters in the grand scheme of things, but my video sucked and they go the worst freaking finish line pic they could have done.  It was horrible.  I was the only one coming down the chute and they put up the banner, I put up my arms, but neither you could see in my finish line pic.  Guess the camera guys get tired too!

Is that your finish line pic in your avatar?  Because I think it's not that bad!

I guess I got lucky.  Despite my best efforts to destroy it, my finish line photo rocked!

I think it's hit or miss.  I've done a lot of races and sometimes the pictures come out great and sometimes they don't....
