Subject: Example Bike workout HELP
Hi all,
No idea where I should post this... I'm looking for some help. I have to run a spin class tonight for my tri club, and I have workout given to me by my coach (he's off for the week) - but we did the same workout on Monday and Wednesday during our brick. I'm looking to change it up a bit for tonight, especially since we have swim right afterwords, I don't want to bag peoples legs too much!

Mon and Wed we did:
5min @ 110 rpm
1min standing easy recovery
4min @100 rpm
1min standing easy recovery
3min @ 90 rpm
1min standing easy recovery
2min @ 80rpm
1min standing easy recovery
1min @ 70rpm
1min standing easy recovery

Repeated 3 times.

It was pretty intense for our group!

Any suggestions of what I can do to fill the hour tonight and not bag everyone's legs?
